Founded in 2003, Omega is a construction company involved in building residential
and commercial avenues. We deliver a wide range of residential,
educational, office, retail, recreational, healthcare, IT Parks, Malls
and other commercial projects in the Pune city and surrounding areas.
The
success of the Company is derived from the visionary management lead by
IIM Alumni Mr. A. P. Singh, who believes in developing strong
relationships with our partners, consultants and clients. We understand
the changing demand and characteristics of the marketplace and
constantly strive to be at the forefront of those changes. We are not
afraid to roll up our sleeves and work on tough deals. At Omega, we

to meet the needs of the today’s dynamic society and to meet the

communication, we carefully coordinate every step of the process with
client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers,
municipal authorities and other team members. We take sole
responsibility for overall management of the construction process,
freeing clients to concentrate on their business.
Today we have established our self in Pune with successful landmark
projects in Baner and Wakad and spreading the flame further are the significantly developing Commercial and Residential
projects in Kothrud and Lonavala respectively. With more than 400% growth over the 5 year span, we have plans to deliver
the best in quality living and commercial spaces with all amenities
required. We are coming up with 3 more projects in Bhavdhan, Chakkan
and Wagholi in coming months.
The most important thing we build is relationships. Over the years, we
have forged lasting, mutually rewarding alliances with clients, real
